Haus Lagree
Slow, controlled, and deceptively hard — Haus Lagree is our signature workout on the Megaformer, taught in small classes with attentive instruction.
What is Haus Lagree?
Haus Lagree is a 45-minute workout on the Megaformer, a spring-resistance machine used to create sustained muscular tension. Rather than moving quickly or relying on impact, the challenge comes from slow pacing, controlled movement and resistance.
Haus Lagree is designed to build full-body strength, muscular endurance, stability and control.
Classes stay small, so you’ll get real attention from your instructor on form and pacing, whether it’s your first class or your five-hundredth.
What to expect
Every class is instructor-led from start to finish — you won’t be left to figure out the Megaformer on your own. Instructors cue form and offer modifications throughout, so the class meets you where you are, whether you’re brand new to Haus Lagree or have been coming for years.
The intensity builds through small, controlled ranges of motion and slow pacing — even when the movements look subtle from the outside.
Before you arrive
Plan to arrive about 10 minutes early for your first Haus Lagree class so your instructor can introduce you to the Megaformer, review the essentials, and help you get settled before class begins. No previous Haus Lagree experience is required — all regular Haus classes are designed to accommodate first-time clients.
Grip socks are required — bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio. Bring water; we’ll take care of the rest.
New to Haus entirely? Our New Here guide covers parking, finding the studio entrance, and everything else about your first visit.
