New to Haus? You’re in the right place.
Everything you need for your first visit — what to expect, how to find us, and what to bring — so you can walk in feeling ready instead of unsure.
What to expect at Haus
Haus of Wellness is a boutique studio with intimate classes, attentive instruction, and a space that feels more like a home than a gym.
Haus Pilates, our mat Pilates class, is coming October 2026. Join the list for first access to launch details and the opening schedule.
When you’re ready to slow down, we also offer private infrared sauna and cold-plunge sessions, booked separately from movement classes.
Lagree is our signature workout: a 45-minute class on the Megaformer, built around slow, controlled movement and constant resistance. High intensity, low impact.
Finding us
We’re at 336 North Coast Highway in Laguna Beach, tucked between two art galleries — look for our sandwich board sign on North Coast Highway. Head down the courtyard between the galleries to our entrance at the back.
For our neighbors’ privacy (and ours), the courtyard gate stays locked. We’ll text or email you a gate code before your visit, so keep an eye out for it.
Street parking is available on North Coast Highway and throughout the surrounding neighborhood. We don’t have a dedicated studio lot, so give yourself a few extra minutes to find a spot.
Before you arrive
Plan to arrive about 10 minutes early for your first visit, so you have time to check in and get settled before class starts.
For Lagree: Grip socks are required — bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio. Bring water; we’ll take care of the rest.
For Infrared Sauna or Cold Plunge: Bring comfortable swimwear. We provide towels, toiletries, and access to our shower.
For Haus Pilates (coming October 2026): Mats and props will be provided. Grip socks are optional — you may practice barefoot or wear them if preferred.
